GARMIYO ME DAHI KHANE SE HONE VALE FAYDE : –

गर्मियों में दही खाने के फायदे

Dahi ka sevan sehat ke liye bahut hi labhkari hota hai aur khastour par garmiyo me dahi ke khane se khana bhi jaldi pachta hai aur pet bhi tarotaja bana rehta hai
Dahi me calcium vitamin , protin, iron, aur fasforas jese tatv bharpur matra me paye jate hain jo ki sharir( body) ko tandrust aur kamiyo ko dur karne me madad krte hain.

DAHI KHANE KE FAYDE : –

1. Haddiya majboot – calcium adhik matra me dahi me paya jata hai calcium ki adhik matra dahi me hone ke karan isse haddiya majboot banti hai

2. Kabj : – dahi ka istemal aap dahi me ajvayan dalkar kare , dahi me aap ajvayan dalkar khayenge to aapko kabj ki samasya se bhut jaldi chhutkara mil jayega kabj ki samasya ko dur karne me dahi bahut madad karta hai

3. Mulayam tvacha : – har koi yahi chahta hai ki unki tvacha komal aur sunder dikhe to aap chehre par dahi lagaye aur masaj kare , masaaj karne se aapka chehra naram aur mulayam ho jayega aur chehre par dahi ka lape lagane se aapke chehre par chamak aane lagegi, aapka chehra sunder dikhega

4. Sankraman :- dahi bahut faydemand hoti hai , dahi kisi bhi tarah ke sankraman ko khatm karta hai kisi bhi prakaar ka sankraman hai to dahi ka istemal karna chahiye
Jisse sankraman ko door kiya ja sakta hai
5. Sharir ( body) ko thhandak de :-

Garmiyo me lassi to sabko pasabd aati hai aur ye bahut faydemand bhi hota hai dahi ki lassi piye aur dahi khaye jisse aapko sharir me thhandak milegi aur aap khud ko bhut tarotaja mehsoos karenge
Dahi ka upyog aapki sehat ke liye bahut labhkari hota hai

DAHI KE KUCHH AUR FAYDE : –

dahi ka upyog dil ke liye bahit achha hota hai ye kolastral ko kam karta hai ye gurdo aur raqtchap ke liye bahut labhkari hai
dahi ke ander jink, vitamin E aur fasforas ki achhi matra hone ke karan dahi chehre ko gora banati hai aur chehre par glow aata hai
dahi aur chhachh ke rohana upyog se aapko nind bhi acchi aayegi.

dahi se bani chhachh amrit ke samaan gunkari hoti hai

agar kisi ko dast ho jaye to dahi ke sath isabgol ya chaval khane se aapki bahut aaram milega

dahi besan milakar uska ubtan banakar sharir par lagane se apko pasine ki badbu se muqti milti hai.
